The BUNDESJAZZORCHESTER serves to prepare particularly talented young jazz musicians for a career as a professional musician. After passing the audition, each member is accepted into the programme for a maximum of two years.

The BUNDESJUGENDCHOR is the national youth choir of the Federal Republic of Germany. As the latest project of the German Music Council, the Federal Youth Choir has been promoting outstanding choral singers aged 18 to 26 since 2020.

The GERMAN ORCHESTRA COMPETITION is aimed at amateur orchestras from the fields of symphonic music, plucked string, wind and accordion music and jazz. Around 300 instrumental ensembles of all styles use the opportunity to compare their performances.
