Stefan Piendl has been the Managing Director since July 2018. He previously served in a voluntary capacity as a member of the Executive Committee of the German Music Council and the Supervisory Board of the gGmbH, as well as Chairman of the Advisory Board of the German Youth Orchestra.

Jeanette Dornbusch-Gunst

Authorized Signatory, Head of Finance & Administration

Jeanette Dornbusch-Gunst has headed the Central Services department since July 2021 and is responsible for the finances and administration of Deutscher Musikrat gGmbH. She has served as an Authorized Signatory since January 2023. Her degree in Economics and Masters Degree in Business Administration shape her understanding of business administration as well as her passion for communication-focused industries. She previously worked in the tourism industry for more than 15 years, including five years as Managing Director of a public-municipal company in Rhineland-Palatinate.
