German Music Council Foundation
Shape the future of talented musicians with your donation!
The German Music Council Foundation, founded in March 2024, is a committed and sustainable advocate for the diversity of musical life in Germany. Our mission is to promote and preserve the musical diversity of our country. We accompany young, highly talented musicians on their way to a professional music career, support passionate amateurs in their orchestras and choirs and strengthen musical life in schools with cultural participation projects.
For decades, the German Music Council's projects have been continuously financed by the public sector in accordance with the principle of subsidiarity. The German Music Council Foundation sees itself as a complementary support for financing the work of the German Music Council and its projects. The foundation was established with the aim of securing donations from private individuals and companies for the future tasks and work of the German Music Council in the best possible way and in accordance with public funding and the law on grants.
Your donation enables us to bring our diverse musical work to life in small and large moments.
Support us in keeping the musical tradition alive and offering new, promising artists a stage.
The Foundation acts altruistically and realizes its purposes in accordance with the means at its disposal, in particular
