Lena Krause
Lena Krause, born in 1988, studied music theater at the University of Bayreuth and theater and orchestra management at Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts (HfMDK). She is the managing director of FREO - Freie Ensembles und Orchester in Deutschland e.V. and a lecturer at the HfMDK in Frankfurt. In addition, she is involved as a spokesperson for the Alliance of the Liberal Arts and as an assessor in the regional association of the independent classical music scene in Lower Saxony. She has also been Managing Director of Ensemble Mosaik in Berlin and the Atelier Neue Musik at the University of the Arts in Bremen as well as a freelancer at the Darmstadt Summer Courses.
Lena Krause is a member of the German Music Council’s Executive Committee.
